By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks directions to the learned JMFC (NI Act)-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for expediting the trial in CC No.5679/2025.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
