After some arguments, petitioner, who is appearing in person, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and requests that para 9 and 10 of W.P.(C) 4784/2024 titled as Lalit Kumar Rawal vs. High Court of Delhi through Registrar General & Ors. be reproduced, the same is reproduced hereinbelow:

The right of the petitioner to approach the Committee for breach of the provisions of the Act by the complainant by making use of social media and other modes to defame the petitioner is left open. Right of the petitioner to take all permissible pleas in law before the Committee is reserved. All rights and contentions of the parties are also reserved. 10.
It is noticed that petitioner has arrayed the complainant as respondent No.3 and also named the complainant in the petition. The Registry is directed to redact the name of respondent No.3 from the Memo of Parties. The Registry shall not issue a certified or other copy of the petition or its annexure to any third party without the leave of the Court."
