1. The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 03.02.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A.3204/2022. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has rejected the original application preferred by the petitioner.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while he does not wish to press the present petition, he prays that the observations made by the learned Tribunal in the impugned order, especially in paras 6.1 to 6.3 thereof, be expunged.
3. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record, we are of the view that taking into account that the petitioner is a qualified doctor and has sought to provide The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. some explanation for the lapses on her part, which the learned Tribunal has labelled as being a consealment on her part, it would be in the interest of justice to expunge the paragraphs wherein the Tribunal has made observations in this regard. It is, accordingly, directed that the observations made against the petitioner in paras 6.1 to 6.3 of the impugned order will not come in her way in any proceedings whatsoever, and consequently, she would not be barred from applying for any other post or educational course as per rules, on account of these observations of the learned Tribunal.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms along with the pending applications.
