% 26.02.2020 This petition has been filed challenging the Show Cause Notice dated 12.02.2020 issued by the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the said Show Cause Notice be deemed to be withdrawn with liberty to issue a fresh Show Cause Notice to the petitioner clearly spelling out the allegations against the petitioner as also the punishment proposed.

In view of the above the present petition stands satisfied and is disposed of.
