O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the alleged unlawful demolition of the structure at the milk dairy of the petitioner on plot No. 183 and 184, C- Block, situated in Bhalaswa Dairy, New Delhi which falls in Kharsra No. 466.

Considering the circumstances narrated in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to DUSIB to refrain from carrying on any further demolition of the petitioner's aforesaid property without giving a proper show cause notice followed by an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and after passing a reasoned order in respect thereof. 3.

Needless to say, the same shall be subject to legal rights and remedies of the petitioner. Further, it is clarified that the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate civil remedies for claiming damages and/or other relief/s against DUSIB and its officials in respect of any illegal/unauthorised demolition that may have been carried out in the past.
