O R D E R

% 18.01.2018 It is submitted that petitioners are brothers-in-law of respondent no.2. A quarrel ensued between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR 153/2013 under Sections 354/509 IPC at police station Kapashera against the petitioners, on the complaint of respondent no.2. With the intervention of their elders and other family members, petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Dwarka Court, Delhi on 20th January, 2016. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Pardeep Kumar.

She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
