Petitioner has approached this Court seeking compliance of the Order dated 30.08.2023, passed by the Central Information Commission. 2.

Sections 19(8)(c) and 20 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 provides for efficacious remedy in case Orders of the CIC are not complied with.

In view of the availability of an alternate efficacious remedy, this Court in not inclined to go into the reliefs sought for in the present Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any, with liberty to the Petitioner to file an appropriate application before the competent authority seeking compliance of the Order dated 30.08.2023.
