% 30.01.2018 CRL.O.(CO.) 4/2004 Mr. Sandeep who appears for the ex-directors says that the statement of affairs was filed with the OL on 23.1.2018. A copy of the same is also supplied to the counsel for the OL. In these circumstances, the captioned petition is closed with the direction to the ex-director to appear before the OL, on 19.2.2018, at 2:30 P.M.. In case there are any deficiencies the same will be pointed out by the OL and the ex-directors will take corrective measures as indicated to them.
