Learned counsel for the respondents hands over the costs of Rs.20,000/- to the counsel for the petitioner through a cheque. He states that the retiral dues of the petitioner have already been paid and an application to this effect has been filed in the Registry only yesterday. 2.

The said application is not on record. A copy of the same shall be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the course of the day, who may file a reply thereto within four weeks from the date of the receipt. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within four weeks thereafter. 2.
