This is an application filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"a) pass an order directing the Respondent to immediately provide the final report of medical examination of the Medical Board and process the recruitment of the Petitioner in terms of order dated 15.03.2024 and if found medically fit to prepare the merit list accordingly;

b) Pass any other further order as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 2.

respondent no.2 that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on March 15, 2024, the petitioner has been re-examined by Army Hospital, R & R, and he has been found fit by the said hospital. The report of the medical examination has been forwarded to the SSC for its consideration and for further action in accordance with the rules.

Noting the said submission made by the officer of the respondent no.2, no further orders are required to be passed in the application. 4.
