Learned counsel for the complainant/Bank of Maharashtra, submitted that the petitioners, as per the Recovery Certificate, have made the complete payment and there is nothing due against the petitioners.

Learned APP submitted that, in view of the aforesaid submission of the learned, counsel for the Complainant/Bank of Maharashtra, the petitioners are no more required for the purpose of interrogation.

Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed and the petitioners are admitted to bail in FIR No.265/2018, subject to their furnishing personal bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each, with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
