Ms. Purnima Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that they are under instructions to withdraw the present writ petition, keeping the question of law open.

Ripin Sood, learned counsel appearing for respondent/Directorate of Higher Education submits that in pursuance to the order dated 18.10.2023 and 04.04.2024, the meeting with the University/respondent no.1 had taken place and accordingly, certain The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

relevant proposals have been drafted and sent to the Competent Authority for their consideration for the purposes of approval of appointment of the Designated Agency.

Mr. Sood submits that the said affidavit was filed yesterday. However, the same is not on record.

Mr. Sood is requested to place the same on record within one week from today. Copy thereof be also furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner as also Ms. Sahni, learned counsel appearing for respondent/GGSIPU.

Mr. Sood, learned counsel appearing for respondent/Directorate of Higher Education submits on instructions that it could take two months for completion of formalities for such designation. The same be done within three months from today.

Even though, this writ petition is withdrawn, the respondent/Department of Higher Education shall be under an obligation to file an affidavit to the extent of decision taken, and place the same alongwith said affidavit.

In view of the above, the present batch of petitions alongwith all the pending applications are disposed of, keeping the question of law, if any, open.
