This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.
The present petition has been filed, inter alia, assailing the Assessment order dated 27th October, 2023 issued by the Respondent No. 2 - Assistant Assessor & Collector, Shahdara under Section 123D of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2003.

On the last date i.e., 6th August, 2025, the Court had recorded as under: "3.
Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he will seek instructions from the Petitioner as to whether the Petitioner is willing to avail of the Sumpattikar Niptaan Yojana (SUNIYO) Scheme. As per the said scheme, the Petitioner would only be required to pay tax for the current year plus preceding five years without any interest or penalty and withdraw the present writ petition."

In terms of the said order, the Petitioner is stated to have deposited a sum of Rs 47,380/- and Rs 23,276/- under the SUNIYO Scheme. filed with Municipal Corporation of Delhi (hereinafter "MCD") in respect of the said payment has been placed on record. The same is taken on record along with two challans recording the said payment. 5.
The Court has perused the said affidavit and in terms thereof the Petitioner is to withdraw the present petition. It is also noted that the said affidavit inadvertently mentions the wrong writ petition number. The same shall now read as W.P.(C) 3910/2024.

Further, ld. Counsel appearing for the MCD has also submitted that the payment as stated in the affidavit has been received by MCD. 7.
Considering that the Petitioner has already discharged its liabilities in terms of the SUNIYO Scheme, the impugned Assessment Order dated 27th October, 2023 shall stand quashed and no other amount shall be liable to be paid by the Petitioner to the Respondents, in respect of the impugned demands dated 6th December, 2023 and 30th December, 2023. 8.
The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
