The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers:- "i. Set aside / Quash the Impugned order dated 18.11.2025 passed by the Ld. Judge, Family Court 01, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in GPA No. 26/2018 titled "Indrawati Vs Amit Kumar", vide which the Petitioner's application under Order XVI Rule 1 r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for summoning additional witnesses was dismissed; And ii. Direct the Trial Court to allow summoning of the additional Witnesses as mentioned in the Application of the Petitioner preferred under Order XVI Rule 1 r/w Sec 151 CPC i.e.
(a) Mr. Sahib Singh, father of the Respondent; (b) Ms. Snehlata, second wife of the Respondent; (c) Ms. Jaishree, third wife of the Respondent; and (d) Ms. Sangeeta, present wife of the Respondent; iii. Pass such other or further order(s) or direction(s) as this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application after the examination of the respondent before the concerned Court. 4.
