The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers:- "i. Set aside / Quash the Impugned order dated 18.11.2025 passed by the Ld. Judge, Family Court 01, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in GPA No. 26/2018 titled "Indrawati Vs Amit Kumar", vide which the Petitioner's application under Order XVI Rule 1 r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for summoning additional witnesses was dismissed; And ii. Direct the Trial Court to allow summoning of the additional Witnesses as mentioned in the Application of the Petitioner preferred under Order XVI Rule 1 r/w Sec 151 CPC i.e.

(a) Mr. Sahib Singh, father of the Respondent; (b) Ms. Snehlata, second wife of the Respondent; (c) Ms. Jaishree, third wife of the Respondent; and (d) Ms. Sangeeta, present wife of the Respondent; iii.
