CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE TUSHAR RAO GEDELA
O R D E R
% 15.03.2024 (The proceeding has been conducted through Hybrid Mode) 1.
The petitioners challenge the order 20.05.2022 passed by the Revenue Assistant. On a pointed query put by this Court, learned counsel submits there is an appeal provision provided in DLR Act, 1954.
2.
In view of that, this Court cannot entertain the present writ petition while there is an efficacious alternative remedy available under an enactment providing for an appeal and second appeal uptill the stage of the Financial Commissioner. In other words, the Act is a complete code in itself.
3.
As such, the petition is dismissed on the question of jurisdiction.
4.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
