CRL.REV.P. 269/2019 Petitioner impugns order dated 31.08.2018 whereby charge has been framed against the petitioner under Section 135 of the Electricity Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the disputes between the parties were settled and the settlement amount of Rs. 1,73,500/- has already been deposited and a No Dues Certificate dated 23.02.2017 has also been issued.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned Addl. PP for the State as well as counsel for respondent no. 2. Learned counsel for Respondent no. 2 prays for time to take instructions.
