By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 188/2025 dated 01.07.2025, registered at Police Station Laxmi Nagar, District East, Delhi, under Sections 78/351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, alongwith all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.

At the very outset, the petitioner, who appears in person, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a properly constituted petition with proper facts, grounds, and prayers after seeking legal advice.

The petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to any other remedies that the petitioner may have.
