The petitioner has impugned order dated 03.10.2015 of the Trial Court whereby the Trial Court had directed that pending consideration of the petition filed by the respondents under Section 125 Cr.P.C., petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2 lakhs which would be without prejudice to the rights and contentions. Said amount was directed to be paid as a token of ad interim measure. Statement of counsel for the petitioner was recorded on 15.01.2018 to the extent that he had already paid the said amount of Rs.2 lakhs as directed by the impugned order. None appears for the parties.

Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
