This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in O.A. No. 448/2024, titled Parul Tyagi v. Sports Authority of India and Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal stayed the operation of the transfer and relieving Order dated 19.01.2024 passed by the petitioners against the respondent, and further directed the petitioners Signed By:SHAMBHU SHARAN CHAUDHARY W.P.(C) 3922/2024

to allow the respondent to continue working at her present place of posting. The Impugned Order is only interim in nature. 2.

We have been informed that subsequent to the passing of the said order, and on upon completion of her contract on 14.11.2024, the petitioners have already relieved the respondent from her duties. At the same time, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the above O.A. is still pending before the learned Tribunal. 3.

Accordingly, we dispose of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to place and rely upon the Order dated 14.11.2024 before the learned Tribunal.

All submissions of the parties shall remain open to be urged before the learned Tribunal.

The petition, along with the pending application, is disposed of in the above terms.
