By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of the summoning order dated 31.05.2025 passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class-05, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, in Complaint Case No. 1010/2021, alongwith consequent dismissal of the complaint.

After some hearing, Mr. Kartikeya Rastogi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the appropriate forum. 3.

The petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of these submissions.
