As recorded in the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court dated 4.12.2015, parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated 3.12.2015 entered into before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

This suit was only kept pending for converting the property B26, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi-110025 to freehold property and which has already been done.

Accordingly, this suit is disposed of as decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 3.12.2015. A decree be drawn up in terms of the settlement agreement dated 3.12.2015.

Parties are left to bear their own costs.
