The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Order dated 09.09.2023, passed by the Respondent No.1 herein under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Section 2(b) of the Arbitration Act provides for an appellate remedy against an order passed under Section 17 of the Arbitration Act. 3.

Confronted with this, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to avail off the remedies as may be available to the Petitioner under law. 4.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any.
