BAIL APPLN. 536/2020 Vide present petition, petitioner challenges order dated 17.2.2020 passed by learned ASJ-02, (South-West), Dwarka Courts, Delhi whereby petitioner is allowed to attend marriage of his brother from 27.2.2020 to 28.2.2020 under custody at expenses of petitioner. I do not find any ground to extend interim bail, however, I make it clear that petitioner shall be taken and allowed in custody (plain dress) to attend marriage in terms of order dated 17.2.2020 passed by learned ASJ. In view of above, petition is allowed and disposed of. Order dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
