Ms. Avni Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents points out that the competent authority has already taken action pursuant to the provisions of the Delhi Preservation of Trees Act, 1994, restrainment order dated 20.04.2026 is passed and notice dated 15.04.2026 has already been issued.

Let the concerned authority to take the issue to its logical conclusion. If the petitioner, thereafter, has any grievance, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
