BAIL APPLN. 539/2020 The present petition has been filed by petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 374/2019 for offences punishable under Sections 33/58 of Delhi Excise Act registered at Police Station Mayur Vihar, Delhi.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has filed present petition only for attending his son's marriage which is to be held on 28.2.2020.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of with the direction that no
