This petition is filed raising a grievance that the petitioner was entitled to promotion to S1 Grade from 01.01.2015, the date from which her junior was promoted. The grievance raised is that a representation dated 28.10.2015 has not been decided till date.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 1 to consider the representation in accordance with law and dispose it by passing a speaking order. 3.
Considering that the representation is pending since 2015, an expeditious disposal shall be appreciated preferably within four months. 4.
Needless to say, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law if aggrieved of the decision. 5.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
