Mr. Rakesh Tiwari, the Petitioner in CRL.M.C. 951/2021 and Respondent in CRL.M.C. 4939/2022, was reported to have been died, the factum of which stands confirmed by the State. 2.

Since the Petitioner has died, the Petitions against him, stand abated and accordingly disposed of. Pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

The learned Trial Court has also abated the proceedings against Mr. Rakesh Tiwari, on 19.02.2025.
