The petitioner seeks revocation of bail granted to accused vide order dated 17.09.2025.

Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice. Investigating Officer is also present.

It is noticed that the complainant, her mother and two neighbours have already been examined.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, does not press the present application. He, however, seeks humble direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial.

Learned APP for the State has no objection to the abovesaid request and submits that there would not be any inaction or delay on their part. 6.

The application is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 7.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
