% 01.04.2024 1.

The Petitioners have challenged the Lookout Circulars issued at the instance of Union Bank of India.

This Court vide 29.11.2023 had recorded the submission of the Petitioners that a One Time Settlement has been accepted by the Bank and the last date for making the payment was 31.03.2024, consequently the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

matter was adjourned for today, i.e., 01.04.2024. 3.

It is stated that the Petitioners have honoured their commitment under the One Time Settlement scheme and the money now stands paid, a fact which is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Bank. 4.

In view of the fact that One Time Settlement scheme has been complied with, this Court is of the opinion that the Lookout Circulars issued against the Petitioners therefore cannot survive and are hence quashed. 5.

The writ petitions are disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
