After arguments, the suit is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh suit making out a complete cause of action with respect to the properties claimed, which are said to be owned by Sh. Pappu Ram, the husband of the plaintiff no.1, and the complete cause of action must necessarily refer and show by means of documentation as to how the properties which are claimed by Sh. Pappu Ram continued to be in the ownership of Sh. Pappu Ram on the date of death of Sh. Pappu Ram. CS(OS) 32/2016

Suit is allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and observations.
