% 02.02.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition stating that the Registrar, Cooperative Societies has issued show cause notice, which is now subject matter of a revision petition pending before the Financial Commissioner. He further states that withdrawal of the writ petition should not be construed as if the petitioner is withdrawing his allegations and the petitioner seeks liberty to file a detailed representation before the Financial Commissioner or if required before another authority.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the statement made, without expressing any opinion either in favour or against the

petitioner and the cooperative society. We have not commented on merits. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
