1. Since the learned counsel for the Respondent has put in appearance, the caveat is discharged.

3. Notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for the Respondent. Learned counsel for the Respondent is permitted to file the additional documents at least one week prior to the next date with advance copy to learned counsel for the Appellant.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the Appellant states that the amount payable in terms of the impugned order of the learned Single Judge, which works out to be Rs.48 lakhs, will be deposited in this Court within two months from today. The amount so deposited, will be kept in the fixed deposit by the

Registry, and it will be kept renewed after every six months till further orders.

5. Subject to depositing the aforesaid amount by the Appellant, the further proceedings in the execution petition shall remain stayed.

6. List on 19th July, 2019.
