% 28.04.2017 This matter relates to a Distribution Agreement dated 13.05.2014.

The disputes have arisen between the parties which could not be sorted out by the parties despite mediation. The agreement contains an arbitration clause being Clause No. 17, which provides for constitution of an Arbitral Tribunal of three arbitrators. Learned counsel for the parties submit that they are agreeable in case the disputes are referred to the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

Accordingly, Mr.Amish Tandon, Advocate (Mob.

No.09899977720) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

The appointment is subject to compliance of necessary requirements as per Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The Arbitrator shall fix his fees in

consultation with the learned counsel for the parties. Parties to appear before the Arbitrator on 15.05.2017 at 4 pm.

The petition stands disposed of.
