% 27.02.2020 This is a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The learned counsel for the respondent has placed before me a list maintained by the respondent for appointment of Arbitrators. He states that in terms of the said list, the respondent has appointed Justice Mool chand Garg, retired Judge of Madhya Pradesh High Court, as a sole Arbitrator. If that be so, I deem it appropriate to close the proceedings by observing that the learned Arbitrator shall proceed with the reference and adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties.
