% 24.02.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 27.08.2019 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North West, Rohini Courts in MT No.539/2018, titled Sunita and Anr. v. Arun Kumar, directing the petitioner herein to pay Rs.4,000/- per month as ad interim maintenance to the respondents with effect from September, 2019.

The said order records that the same has been passed as the petitioner had not filed his written statement; reply to the interim application or the income affidavit.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has since filed these pleadings/documents.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the learned Family Court seeking appropriate relief. NAVIN CHAWLA, J FEBRUARY 24, 2020/RN
