This petition challenges the impugned notice dated 01.03.2019 issued by respondent No.1 Directorate, Gurdwara Elections to hold elections for pro tempore Chairman, President and other office bearers and members of the Executive Board. It is submitted the Chairman, President and other office bearers and members have since resigned on 15th March, 2019 and they need to be elected for yet

another term.

After hearing some arguments both the counsels submit the petitioner would be satisfied if elections which are to be held on 9th March, 2019 now be held on 15th March, 2019 so the petitioner as also any other person who wishes to contest the elections be given a fair opportunity.

In view of above direction, the petition along with pending application stands disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to both counsels under signatures of the Court Master.
