W.P.(C) 2386/2019 The prayer in the petition recites as under:- "issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, to the respondents to hold an inquiry into the complaints of the petitioner dated 30-8-2018, 12-9-2018, 13-9-2018, 26-9-2018, 23-10-2018 & 6-11-2018 mentioned supra and take appropriate action against the guilty persons/s in accordance with the law;
At the outset, Mr. Mukesh Gupta, learned Standing Counsel for respondents Nos. 1 and 2/SDMC states on instructions from Mr. R. C.
Baweja, School Inspector, that a Committee has been constituted to look into the complaints made by the petitioner as referred to in the prayer. In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition except to direct the concerned authorities that the complaints be considered and decided within three months from today. The decision on the complaints be communicated to the petitioner, in writing, within two weeks of taking decision.
