Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 540/2022 of PS Khyala, Delhi for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.

Learned ASC accepts notice and strongly opposes this petition. 3.

But on being pointed out the nature of serious allegations mentioned in the FIR, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
