This is a petition filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking a direction to the Respondent to discharge Performance Bank Guarantee deposited by the Petitioner pursuant to an Agreement dated 11.01.2021. 2.

By order dated 18.03.2025, Court had restrained the Respondent from encashing PBG bearing No. 006GT02120130007 dated 13.01.2012, issued by the HDFC Bank for an amount of Rs.35,00,000/-. 3.

Mr. Jain, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that since PBG has not been renewed, this petition is rendered infructuous and the same be accordingly disposed of. 4.

Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
