By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks following prayers :- "(b) direct the respondents to provide adequate security/protection to the petitioner;

(c) direct the respondents to hold departmental enquiry against the respondent no.3.

(d) direct the respondent to consider the complaint dated 12.01.2024 and give proper reply within four weeks to the petitioner;"
