% 08.02.2016 None appears on behalf of the petitioners on the second call. There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners on the first call either. It has been pointed out on behalf of the police that the petitioners have already been provided with the necessary information qua the beat Constable as well as the Division Officer of the concerned police station so as to enable them to approach the former in the event of any threat or apprehension. However, since none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
