% 08.03.2019 The challenge in this writ petition, by a student of the Law Centre-II, Faculty of Law, is against the decision of the Law Faculty to allow only members of the Moot Courts Society of the Law Faculty to speak at Moot Court, thereby excluding all other students. Prima facie, it appears that such a distinction would be arbitrary.

Mr. Rupal seeks a short adjournment to take instructions thereon.
