The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayer:
„To quash the FIR No. 548/2014 dated 12.07.2014 under section 67 The Information Technology Act, P.S Pandav Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom in the interest of justice.‟ 2.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel, on advance notice and on instructions, submits that a closure report in the present FIR has been filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
