% 08.01.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR No.284/2021 and 246/2021 have already been quashed in CRL.M.C.9302/2023 and CRL.M.C.9266/2023 vide a common order dated 18.12.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the abovementioned FIRs have already been quashed, the present petitions may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the submissions made above, the present petitions along with pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
