The present Appeal, filed under Section 19(3) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, challenges the Order dated 25.01.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in case bearing No. HMA 1257/2021, titled "Akash Sharma v. Megha".

Learned counsel for the Parties are ad idem that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediator today itself, the Appeal is rendered infructuous.
