By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No.238/2025 dated 08.05.2025, registered at PS: Malviya Nagar, New Delhi under Sections 64(1)/352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) and Sections 6/21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO). 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies as available in accordance with law.
