This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:

(i) Pass an appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the notice No.D/AE(B)/KBZ/2019/261 dated 11/02/2019 issued by the Assistant Engineer (B) Karol Bagh Zone, North Delhi Municipal Corporation;

(ii) Pass such other and further orders in the facts and

circumstances of the case."

Mr. Mehta states, since compliance was sought from the petitioner, no reply to the notice dated February 11, 2019 could be filed. He further states that he shall be satisfied if a final order on the notice is passed by the respondents, to enable the petitioner seek such remedy as available in law. 3.

Ms. Puja Kalra, who appears on advance notice states that the writ petition shall be considered as a representation against the notice dated February 11,2 019 and a speaking order shall be passed within two weeks from today. She also states that any order to be passed on the said notice shall not be given effect to for two weeks from that date. The said submission is taken on record. The writ petition stands disposed of.
