Thirty two lacs twenty four thousand six hundred thirty nine). The pecuniary jurisdiction of cases less than 2 crore lies with District Courts.

Hence, keeping in view the notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of The Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred to West District Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before ld. District Judge (West District) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 10.08.2017.
