On the last date of hearing, i.e., 24th January, 2024, learned counsel for the petitioner had been directed to seek instructions. 3.

On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had notified this court that the arbitral proceedings in the present matter have already been completed and that an arbitral award has already been passed in favor of the petitioner, qua which execution proceedings have already been filed.

In view thereof, since the final Award has been passed, any interim directions issued by the learned Arbitrator have merged in the final Award, which is stated to be in favour of the petitioner. Accordingly, no orders are required to be passed in the present proceedings. 5.
