% 05.04.2018 The respondent counsel submits, on instructions from Ch. Kameswara Rao, Chief Manger of the respondent Bank, that the respondent bank undertakes to vacate the subject premises and hand over the vacant and peaceful possession to the petitioner-landlord on or before 31st May, 2018. In view of this undertaking, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the present petition for any further relief, without prejudice to his rights to claim and recover damages.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
